Yes. All programs are completely free thanks to our sponsors and community partners.

We currently offer programs in select Canadian cities. Visit our chapter page for locations.

Eligibility may vary slightly by program. Please review the description on each event page.

Our programs are specifically designed to support Black girls in STEM.

No. Black Kids Code is focused on creating programs and spaces specifically for Black girls in STEM.

Depending on the program, students may learn Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, micro:bit, AI basics, robotics, and other beginner-friendly tools.

Please email your program coordinator or local chapter lead with your updated details.
